Le economical CHT20B extruder has finished factory no-load testing and is ready for shipment to South America. This unit is supplied for a university laboratory project in South America, dedicated to polymer research and teaching purposes.
Due to the university’s budget constraints and limited laboratory space, COWIN adopted an integrated conventional instrument control system. All vacuum and soft-water systems are integrated inside the extruder frame to minimize footprint. Even with this economical configuration, we strictly follow COWIN standards. All electrical components are sourced from CE/UL-certified brands. As agreed with the customer, only a no-load trial run was performed before factory dispatch. The equipment will soon cross the ocean to fulfill its ultimate mission!
