Cowin con\u00e7oit les extrudeuses pour le remplissage Masterbatch, en fonction du rendement, de la formule et de l'application finale selon votre demande.<\/p>

Les Filler Masterbatch sont des concentr\u00e9s de CaCO3<\/sub>\u00a0ou Talc ou BaSO4<\/sub>\u00a0dans une base polym\u00e8re.<\/p>

Champ d'application:<\/h5>

Le m\u00e9lange ma\u00eetre de remplissage peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour traiter des films plastiques, des sacs poubelles, des sacs \u00e0 provisions, des sacs gilet, des sacs d'emballage, etc. Il a une bonne dispersibilit\u00e9, le film souffl\u00e9 n'a pas de points blancs ni de points noirs, une finesse \u00e9lev\u00e9e pour garantir la brillance et la t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 du produit. Il convient principalement au remplissage et \u00e0 la modification de sacs tiss\u00e9s, de rubans d'emballage, de produits creux, de tuyaux, de feuilles, de produits d'injection et de bo\u00eetes \u00e0 collations en plastique, ce qui peut am\u00e9liorer les performances des produits en plastique et r\u00e9duire le co\u00fbt du produit.<\/p>

Usage:<\/h5>

Le m\u00e9lange ma\u00eetre et la mati\u00e8re plastique humide sont directement m\u00e9lang\u00e9s uniform\u00e9ment, puis le produit peut \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9.<\/p>

Il est utilis\u00e9 dans la production de moulage par soufflage, le rapport d'addition est de 1,0 ~ 3,0%<\/p>

Il est utilis\u00e9 dans la production de feuilles et de moulage par injection, le rapport d'addition est de 2 ~ 5%<\/p>

L'utilisateur peut d\u00e9cider du taux d'ajout sp\u00e9cifique en fonction de l'\u00e9tat d'humidit\u00e9 du plastique.<\/p>
