The pre-shipment test of CHT30MAX has been completed, and delivery will be arranged shortly.
This water-cooled strand pelletizing line of CHT30MAX is custom-made for a UK client and designed fully in compliance with UKCA standards.

It is equipped with an Italian ZAMBELLO TST high-torque gearbox, ideal for compounding tests of various fluoroplastics.
Two sets of modular barrels and screws are supplied for processing different materials:
- The first barrel features a 316L stainless steel shell with Hastelloy C liners and screw sleeves, delivering superior corrosion resistance for high-temperature fluoroplastic processing.
- The second barrel adopts a nitrided steel shell with HIP-processed liners and screw sleeves based on Cr, Co and Ni anti-corrosion alloys. It balances moderate corrosion resistance and excellent wear resistance.
The main shaft is made of imported high-torsion corrosion-resistant material to withstand extreme corrosive conditions in fluoroplastic production.
The barrel is heated by thick high-power cast copper heaters plus heavy-duty heating rods for fast, stable and long-lasting heating. Equipped with a thickened stainless steel insulation cover, it saves energy and runs stably at a constant high temperature of 420°C.
All melt flow channels are made of Hastelloy C.
Customized design is adopted as requested: the barrel-screw L/D ratio is switchable between 40 and 48.

The line is fitted with 4 loss-in-weight feeders for stable metering plus a backup volumetric twin high-speed side feeder to meet diverse experimental demands.
The extruder control system consists of Siemens S7-1500 PLC and a 18.5-inch Siemens touch screen. Ethernet communication connects the PLC and loss-in-weight system, enabling full reading and control of feeders directly from the touch screen for easy on-site operation.
