Restricted by budget limits, the customer selected our cost-effective CHT20B lab twin-screw extruder for multi-material formulation testing. Via thorough talks, we offered a tailor-made process & equipment package: high-speed mixer, two standalone side feeders (for glass/carbon fiber and talc respectively), liquid feeding system, plus 45mm thick cast copper heaters sustaining continuous heating up to 420°C, ideal for high-temperature engineering plastics including PEEK, PPS, and PA66. Screws and barrels use wear-resistant material to meet actual working demands.
After over a month’s work spanning layout design, mechanical & electrical drafting, special-voltage motor sourcing, screw specification finalization, FAT inspection, wooden crating, and dispatch, the order has been fully completed to earn the client’s trust.
