Color masterbatch compounding is one of the main application for twin screw extruder. Color MB is used for any polymer and all kinds of product.
Application Field：
The color masterbatch is composed of three basic elements: pigment or dye, carrier and additive. It is an aggregate made by super-constant pigment uniformly attached to the resin, which can be called pigment concentration. So its tinting strength is higher than the pigment itself. Mixing up a small amount of color masterbatch and uncolored resin during processing, the colored resin or product with the designed pigment concentration can be achieved.
It is widely used in polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, ABS, Nylon, PC, PMMA, PET and other resins to produce colorful fibers, clothing, daily plastics, wires and cables, household appliances, agricultural films, Auto parts, health equipment and other products.
