Nanjing Cowin Extrusion Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded. It developed D - series high - torque co - rotating twin - screw extruders, obtained ISO and CE certifications, and jointly developed the smallest - diameter micro - blending twin - screw production line with Beijing University of Chemical Technology.

Customized LFT - D products for a factory under Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, CAS, and a CHT135D production line for a Turkish client.

Year2014

Developed food extruders for an Indonesian company and became a BYD supplier.

Year2015

Customized CHT135D extruders for Faurecia and partnered with Nan Ya Plastics.

Year2016

Worked with Aux Group on twin - screw granulation lines and developed triple - screw extruders for high - fill applications.

Year2017

Collaborated with Peking University on an LFT line and with Beijing University of Chemical Technology on 3D printing filament lines.

Year2018

Applied co - rotating twin - screw extruders in the explosives field for the first time.

Year2019

Developed a CFRT - UD tape production line.

Year2020

Designed custom products for Italian extruder manufacturers.

Year2021

Completed a 10,000 - ton high - temperature nylon plant with Sichuan University, and launched a long L/D reaction devolatilization device.

Year2022

Developed a carbon fiber composite line with Sichuan University and customized a high - energy material production line for defense units.

Year2023

COWIN renewed the CE certification and ISO management system certification. COWIN secured the approval for a 2.33 ha industrial land plot in Laian Development Zone, Chuzhou City, Anhui Province.

Year2024

COWIN was honored with the Integrity Enterprise and Outstanding Contribution Awards in the Thermoplastic Elastomer Industry by the China Plastics Processing Industry Association (CPPA).

Year2025

The Chuzhou, Anhui production base was completed in 2024. Nanjing Cowin's full relocation to Chuzhou factory(near Nanjing) was followed by new company registration and commissioning, with local government awards received the same year.

• Custom-made CHT135D high torque twin-screw extruder for French Transition for the production of automotive interior panels;

• Cooperating with Taiwan NanYa Plastics; • Cowin successfully applied to become a high-tech enterprise;

Year2016

• Cooperating with Aux Group, we customize various twin-screw extrusion and granulation production lines;

• All kinds of three screw extruders have been developed and widely used in high filling field;

• Cooperate with Japan daicel company, become the high quality supplier of extruder and extruder parts;

Year2017

Cooperating with Peking University to customize LFT production line; Cooperating with the State Key Laboratory of Polymer Materials Engineering of Sichuan University to customize various PPS and PEEK composite material production lines; Cooperating with Beijing University of Chemical Technology, successfully developed various continuous fiber 3D printing wire production lines (PPS, PEEK);

Year2018

• Cooperating with the military scientific research units under the Ministry of Ordnance Industry, we custom-made the conical twin screw extruder for high energy explosive used in laboratory;

• The conical twin-screw extruder was successfully applied in the field of explosive for the first time;

Year2019

• In deep cooperation with the polymer research team of Sichuan University, we customize all kinds of new assembly, so that all kinds of new materials and new technologies can be successfully applied in the production process;

• Cooperating with Turkish company to develop laboratory foaming extrusion equipment

• Development of continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic unidirectional prepreg tape production line (CFRT-UD tape);

Year2020

• For the military production and scientific research joint affiliated to the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense and the Ministry of Ordnance Industry, the company has successfully developed the largest and highest torque CHT150D conical twin screw extruder in China, which has been verified in the field of high-energy explosive production and passed the acceptance of the expert group once;

• Cooperating with Guangwei Composite Materials Group, customized carbon fiber composite extrusion equipment; • Cooperating with Italian extruder manufacturers to design customized products for them
