Recently, COWIN welcomed a customer delegation from the United States to its manufacturing facility in Anhui, China.
Two years ago, following multiple rounds of technical discussions and project evaluations, COWIN designed and supplied a customized laboratory extrusion system for the customer. The equipment integrates both cast film processing and pelletizing capabilities, providing a flexible platform for material development and testing. Since its installation, the system has been used extensively in the customer’s laboratory for various new material research projects. Long-term operation has demonstrated stable performance, and all key functions have met the original design requirements, supporting the customer’s ongoing R&D activities.
The visiting delegation included members from the technical, purchasing, and management teams. The customer emphasized the importance of supplier stability and long-term support for research and development projects. Therefore, the purpose of this visit extended beyond evaluating the equipment itself and focused on gaining a comprehensive understanding of COWIN’s quality control system, manufacturing capabilities, and after-sales service framework.
During the visit, the customer toured multiple production workshops and reviewed the entire manufacturing process, including raw material management, component machining, quality inspection, equipment assembly, factory acceptance testing, and service support procedures. The customer expressed positive feedback regarding COWIN’s quality management system and manufacturing standards.
In the afternoon, technical teams from both sides held in-depth discussions regarding several upcoming projects. Through detailed communication and process evaluation, preliminary agreements were reached on material processing approaches and future testing directions. COWIN will continue to provide tailored technical solutions and equipment recommendations based on the customer’s project requirements.
The customer’s return visit not only reflects confidence in the performance of the previously supplied laboratory extrusion equipment but also strengthens the foundation for future cooperation.
