Its long-term operating temperature is up to 420\u00b0C, fully compliant with requirements for special engineering plastics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It adopts an Aomai gantry pelletizer tailored for engineering plastics. The heat-resistant, wear-proof rubber rollers and cutters ensure long service life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The downstream air-cooled vibrating elevator further cools pellets to retain optimal material performance. Equipped with a homogenizing silo and automatic weighing &amp; packaging unit, the system stabilizes product quality and cuts labor intensity via precise automatic metering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed aligncenter is-type-rich wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Successful Commissioning &amp; Handover of Engineering Plastic Production Line\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/6by9PiB-WC0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our electrical engineers customized the Siemens PLC and HMI to suit client needs. New interfaces for auxiliary equipment and dedicated interlock functions were added for easier operation. The multi-level administrator access enables effective control over processes and formulas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During on-site training, COWIN technicians demonstrated component assembly and disassembly, and guided screw configuration adjustments for different materials.
