The weighing hopper auto-discharges 25kg of materials each time. Finished 25kg bags (or those after bulk bag unpacking) have two transfer options: Auto-conveyed to the next process (e.g., vacuuming, sealing) to replace manual handling (suitable for mass continuous production), or matched with unpowered rollers for low-cost transfer.
The weighing hopper auto-discharges 25kg of materials each time until the bulk bag reaches the target weight, then loosens the straps automatically. After weighing, it waits for forklift pickup. Hook status: Lowered to fix the bulk bag straps; Bag clamping device: Raised to fix the bag opening. Weighed bulk bags on the pallet are ready for forklift removal.
