The Inside of the Electrical Control System (PLC touch control)

• PLC touchscreen control: Allows users to set passwords directly on the screen. By pressing the “Start Runtime” button, you can enter the extruder’s operating interface.
• Small AC contactor from the Schneider company of France: The motor adopts frequency conversion control, using an ABB frequency converter.
• Siemens PLC control: Utilize a Siemens temperature module.
• Crydom brand solid-state relay.

The Front of the Control Panel (Button Control)

The panel displays the feeding rotation speed, extruder rotation speed, and current magnitude. You can adjust the feeding amount in real time according to the current of the extruder—all these functions are available on the panel.

• The host temperature control meter adopts a Japanese Omron temperature control meter, double channel, PID algorithm, and intelligent type.
• Crydom brand solid-state relay.
