Components:

  1. Two-layer screen mesh
    • Upper Layer: Larger mesh openings separate large particles or agglomerates.
    • Lower Layer: Smaller mesh openings refine the screening process, isolating qualified particles and intercepting fine impurities.
    • Material: Durable stainless steel wire or synthetic materials for wear and heat resistance.
  2. Vibration motor
    • Generates high-frequency vibrations to distribute particles evenly, accelerate sieving, and prevent clogging. Adjustable amplitude and frequency adapt to diverse materials.
  3. Damping spring
    • Absorb vibration energy, reduce noise, and minimize transmission of vibrations to the extruder or floor, prolonging equipment life.
  4. Three outlet design
    • Upper Outlet: Discharges large particles or impurities (e.g., lumps) rejected by the upper screen.
    • Middle Outlet: Collects qualified particles that pass through the upper screen but are retained by the lower screen (qualified products).
    • Lower Outlet: Removes fine powders or undersized particles.
  5. Inlet and sealed cover
    • Ensures uniform material feeding while preventing dust leakage, complying with environmental standards.

Working principle:

The vibrator generates high-frequency vibrations through the vibration motor, driving the particles to undergo reciprocating motion. As the particles bounce on the screen surface, those smaller than the mesh openings pass through and fall into the corresponding outlet for collection, while the larger particles continue moving across the screen and are ultimately discharged from another outlet, achieving particle size classification based on granularity.

Advantages:

  1. High screening efficiency: High – frequency vibration enables rapid stratification of particles, with a large processing capacity.
  2. Controllable precision: By replacing screen meshes with different apertures, the screening particle size can be precisely controlled.
  3. Simple structure: Easy to maintain, stable in operation, and low in energy consumption.
  4. Good sealing performance: Reduces dust overflow and improves the working environment.
