This two-stage unit features a CHT-65D high-torque twin screw extruder as the first stage and a CSE-150 single screw extruder as the second stage, equipped with a distinctive eccentric pelletizing system. It is mainly applied to various PE cable materials and diverse PVC materials.
Design Features
The first-stage CHT-65D high-torque twin-screw extruder delivers outstanding compounding performance and superior devolatilization & venting capability. The second-stage CSE-150 single-screw extruder adopts medium-circulation cooling inside the screw core. Operating at low speed and low shear, it cools the melt, builds pressure, and extrudes the compounded melt from the twin-screw extruder. Combined with the extremely short flow-path design of eccentric pelletizing, this unit serves as an optimal solution for heat-sensitive materials.
Customer Application Fields
Various PVC materials and PVC alloy materials. The produced pellets are primarily used for injection molding and extrusion of PVC pipes and PVC alloy valves.
