After a long transoceanic shipment, the customized CHT30D twin screw extruder water-cooled strand pelletizing line provided by COWIN was successfully delivered to the customer’s facility in South America.
Upon arrival, our local partner carried out a detailed inspection and commissioning of the equipment. With remote support from COWIN’s after-sales service team and international sales engineers, the production line was smoothly powered on and quickly put into operation.
After more than one month of continuous use, the line has demonstrated stable performance and reliable operation. The customer expressed strong satisfaction with the equipment, commenting: “Very satisfied with the extruder. It’s a very good machine.”
Although this is a relatively small production line, both COWIN and our South American partner approached every stage—from manufacturing to installation and commissioning—with careful attention to detail, ensuring consistent and dependable performance.
This positive feedback marks a solid start to our cooperation. Moving forward, COWIN will continue to work closely with our local partners to further develop the South American market and deliver high-quality extrusion solutions to customers.
