Recently, the CHT52MAX twin-screw extruder production line has been fully prepared and is ready to be sent to the Turkish customer’s site. Specially customized for the Turkish customer, this model focuses on the professional production of engineering plastics, with an all-new overall appearance that combines practicality and aesthetics.
The core configurations are refined to the utmost:
- The feeding system is equipped with multiple sets of Sonner loss-in-weight feeders, which can achieve precise metering and stable feeding of raw materials.
- The screws and barrels are made of WR5 powder alloy processed by HIP technology, featuring wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high temperature resistance, which greatly extends the service life of the equipment.
- The gearbox adopts an imported high-torque model from Zampello, Italy, with efficient and stable transmission, which can easily meet the high-load requirements of engineering plastics processing.
The power and auxiliary configurations are also impressive. The production line is equipped with a 315KW high-efficiency motor from Innomotics, with a maximum screw speed of 1200rpm, providing strong power and optimized energy consumption. At the same time, it is configured with 2 sets of side feeders and 1 set of side dynamic venting devices, which can flexibly adapt to different raw material ratios, effectively discharge material impurities, and further improve product quality. The strand pelletizer adopts an AutomatiK-type gantry pelletizer, with uniform and stable pelletizing.
To meet the special needs of engineering plastics processing, the heating system of this model has been specially designed, with a maximum heating temperature of 450℃ and a stable maximum operating temperature of 420℃, which can fully cover the processing requirements of various types of engineering plastics and has a wide range of adaptability.
The control system adopts Siemens PLC and a touch screen, with convenient and intuitive operation, supporting multiple communication functions, which can realize precise control of production parameters and help customers achieve efficient and intelligent production.
Quality control is strictly implemented at all levels. After the equipment was completed, the Turkish customer specially went to our factory to carry out multi-dimensional acceptance work, including formula testing and capacity load. All parameters fully met the customer’s requirements and gained high recognition. At present, this set of equipment has been successfully delivered on February 2nd and is about to be sent to the customer’s site to be officially put into production, creating core value for the customer and empowering industrial upgrading.
