At the beginning of August, Our Cowin factory welcomed a special German partner – the technical team specializing in extrusion equipment, also the equipment manufacturer and seller. The core task of their trip was to conduct a comprehensive pre-factory inspection of the CHT75D twin-screw extruder equipment that was about to be completed at our factory, and all testing standards strictly followed the relevant German CE new specifications and regulations.
The birth of this CHT75D equipment, from the initial design drawing, to the precision polishing of every component in the production process, and the optimization and adjustment of every detail, our Cowin team has always been guided by the individual needs of customers, and at the same time strictly benchmarked the high standards of the German extruder industry to ensure that the equipment reaches the international leading level in terms of performance, stability and safety. It is worth mentioning that this is the sixth time that the German partner has customized this model of twin-screw extrusion equipment in bulk from us Cowin, and these equipment will eventually serve the factory of a Fortune 500 company in Germany, providing the core power support for its high-end manufacturing line. Today, the CHT75D water ring pelletizing production line, which has undergone layers of rigorous testing, is ready to board the China-Europe train, and will be delivered to German partners as scheduled with “China speed” and “China manufacture”, continuing to write a new chapter in China-EU manufacturing cooperation.
