Recently, our company’s CHT75D high-torque twin screw extruder completed a one-shot joint trial run and production startup at the customer’s site in Henan, and successfully passed the customer’s formal acceptance.
This marks the official commissioning of the complete one-step TPU reactive extrusion production line. Specially engineered for the one-step TPU reactive extrusion process, this model features the following key specifications:
- Screw L/D ratio: 68
- Maximum screw speed: 400 rpm
- Main motor power: 220 kW
Since the startup, the line has fully met the customer’s requirements for designed capacity and product performance indicators. Its stable and reliable operation has earned high recognition and positive feedback from the customer.
