In late September 2025, two newly customized twin-conical feeding systems manufactured at Cowin’s Anhui factory successfully passed their final pre-delivery inspections.
These two systems are designed for processing various types of rubber et BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) materials respectively.
Le twin-conical feeder for rubber processing was specially designed according to the requirements of a European customer (appearance shown below). It fully complies with EU CE et UKCA safety certification standards.
This feeder adopts a dual pull-push structure for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Both the screws and barrels are treated with special hardening and surface treatment processes to ensure durability and long service life.
The other set, designed for BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) materials, delivers a maximum output capacity of 3–4 tons per hour, with a maximum screw diameter of 450 mm and a 45 kW explosion-proof motor. It is currently the largest BMC twin-conical feeder model in China.
The system features a hydraulically operated quick open/close pull-push mechanism, enabling operators to clean the screws, barrels, and feeding chamber quickly and safely (see photo below).
As with the rubber feeder, all critical components are hardened and surface-treated for superior wear resistance.
Both of these special-design twin-conical feeding systems have passed Cowin’s internal testing and trial operation, fully meeting customer specifications.
They will soon be delivered to overseas clients — both of whom are repeat customers who previously purchased Cowin equipment.
Our earlier systems have been running fault-free since installation and have been highly praised by users.
