This two-stage extruder unit is equipped with a CHT-65D high-torque twin-screw extruder as the first stage and a CSE-150 single-screw extruder as the second stage, featuring a unique eccentric pelletizing system.

Designed specifically for heat-sensitive materials, the unit adopts medium cooling in the screw core and low-speed operation for the single screw extruder. It meets the design requirements of Clean-PVC materials, including a short flow path and precise melt temperature control.
Both the screws and barrels are manufactured with special materials and engineering. The entire production process—from raw material batching, two-stage extrusion and compounding, pelletizing system, to pellet cooling—effectively prevents the contamination of metallic impurities, achieving true “cleanliness”.
Cowin combines the PVC formulation process of top domestic experts; its formula has undergone years of laboratory research, and combined with multiple product validations from Cowin’s previous small-batch productions, the formulation has been continuously refined and optimized. Test results show that all impurity elements in the final PVC product are controlled within low limits, and the material complies with relevant JIS standards.
The finished product satisfies the requirements of ultra-pure water pipelines and 18MΩ ultra-pure water piping systems, and is widely used in semiconductors, chips, integrated circuits, and other high-end fields. This processed Clean-PVC product has completely broken the global monopoly of Clean-PVC materials held by SEKISUI (Japan).
