This machine is custom-built for a top 20 QS-ranked overseas university for polymer materials research.
It is designed for extrusion plasticization of fluffy materials with extremely low bulk density (as low as ~0.1 g/cm³) and reactive extrusion processes, ensuring sufficient residence time for reactions.
It adopts a design with a large compression ratio, low speed, and high torque, capable of high-temperature working conditions (the barrel outer surface and the interior of the screw can reach over 350 ℃).
To suit the customer’s special corrosive-resistant materials, we apply special corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials processed by HIP technology. The joint efforts of both parties have laid a solid hardware foundation for polymer material experiments.
