In June 2022, Cowin delivered the CHT75B twin screw extruder and CHT75D twin screw extruder water-cooling strand pelletizing line with a capacity of 800kg/hr to a foreign client.
The production line was developed by Cowin for a German plastic extruder equipment company.
After fully understanding the needs of customers, Cowin has successfully won the trust of customers with its rich experience in project implementation. According to the specific requirements of customers, the CHT75D twin-screw extruder with a water-cooling strand pelletizing production line is specially customized. The CHT75 series co-rotating twin-screw extruder with a production capacity of 800-1000kg/hr, equipped with Siemens 250KW main motor and adopts COWIN patented high torque gear box and water-cooling strand granulation system.
In order to ensure that the equipment can be delivered to customers with quality and quantity guaranteed, After coordinating the production plans of domestic and foreign orders, Cowin’s production team ensured that all orders could be completed on time, We completed the production arrangement of two production lines at the end of May 2022.
Due to the long journey and the impact of COVID-19, customers cannot come to the factory for field investigation. Before the equipment leaves the factory, Cowin’s production team and the after-sales team held a real-time video conference with the customer to let the customer have a more comprehensive understanding of the equipment. Cowin carried out the commissioning work with the existing materials in the factory. During the real-time video conference, our production team showed the whole operation process of the machine to the customer, which was highly praised by the customer and met the customer’s requirements. The commissioning work was completed successfully.
Before delivery, the Cowin team will pack the goods to ensure that the goods will not collide during transportation and can be delivered to the customers intactly. After a whole day’s hard work, the workshop staff finally put all the machines into the containers in good condition.
