Recently, the CSE150 single-screw extruder manufactured by Cowin Extrusion has completed production and packing, and was officially dispatched on February 5, 2026, for delivery to the Mexican customer across the ocean.
In this cooperation, relying on our robust product capabilities and technical solutions, we successfully passed the stringent multi-departmental review of the Mexican customer and were shortlisted in the approved equipment supplier list of its corporate group. Following multiple rounds of in-depth and detailed technical communication and solution validation with the customer’s teams, both parties finally reached a formal cooperation agreement, laying a solid foundation for long-term collaboration in the future.
The CSE150 extruder features the core advantage of multi-functionality in one machine: it can perform recycled material pelletizing in a main-auxiliary machine configuration, and also process various cable compounds in a two-stage extruder setup. Tailored for Mexico’s high-altitude plateau environment, the extruder is equipped with a special-voltage high-altitude motor to ensure stable operation under extreme working conditions. Meanwhile, targeted optimizations have been made to the screw design and barrel temperature control system for cable compounding, fully satisfying the customer’s diversified production requirements.
As the first cooperation between Cowin Extrusion and this Mexican customer, the shipment of the equipment marks an important milestone of mutual trust and win-win progress for both sides. Going forward, we will deliver greater production value to the customer with high-quality products and full-process services, and jointly achieve long-term and mutually beneficial development.
