The CHT-20 lab twin-screw extruder line, tailor-made for a Russian client, has rolled off the production line and is set for delivery to Europe.
Built exclusively for masterbatch production, the line features a sleek new design that blends practicality with aesthetics, ideal for modern manufacturing setups.
The core components of the customized CHT-20 lab strand pelletizing line are optimized for top performance: a high-speed mixer paired with a volumetric feeder enables flexible material proportioning and stable feeding; screws and barrels crafted from premium deep nitrided steel ensure wear, corrosion and high-temperature resistance, significantly extending service life; the upgraded Type B gearbox, a tried-and-tested option in Nanjing’s extruder industry with nearly 25 years of reliable operation, guarantees low failure rates; and the Aomai gantry pelletizer delivers uniform, consistent granulation.
Designed as an integrated unit, the line is mounted on a 304 stainless steel frame fitted with heavy-duty casters for easy mobility and hassle-free cleaning. All material-contacting parts also use 304 stainless steel. To support the Russian client’s long-term operations, complementary replacement parts are included in the delivery. The extruder’s heating system, equipped with all-copper heaters, reaches a maximum temperature of 450℃, covering diverse lab and production process needs. With segmented PID automatic temperature control, it maintains a precision of ±1℃ for stable processing.
Prior to shipment, the equipment underwent rigorous factory testing, with the entire process recorded and shared with the client, earning high praise for its performance. Shipped on January 20, the line is soon to arrive at the client’s site, ready to drive production efficiency and fuel industry upgrading in Europe.
